Position Overview

Role: Overnight Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical counts of inventory items and supplies.
  • Record inventory data using Microsoft Excel and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Notify management of incoming orders by Purchase Order and location.
  • Coordinate communication with drivers for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Report any discrepancies or relevant information regarding shipments to management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Prioritize safety in all work activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess reliable transportation for travel to various sites.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend both written and spoken English instructions.
  • Work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy in counting and strong basic math skills are essential.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using a ladder with a platform and not afraid of heights.
  • Availability to work four 12-hour shifts, specifically from Wednesday to Saturday, from 3:30 PM to 4:00 AM.
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills through various channels.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
  • Capability to navigate safely over uneven surfaces and in confined spaces.
