Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Website Product Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence. This role is pivotal in managing our websites functionality, improving user experience, and driving conversion rate optimization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Website Maintenance: Ensure the website operates smoothly without interruptions and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Website Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.
  • Content Updates: Keep the website content fresh and engaging in collaboration with marketing and content teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • UX/UI Improvements: Develop and refine the user experience and interface, making the website intuitive and user-friendly to navigate.
  • A/B Testing: Execute A/B testing to compare different versions of web pages and determine the best modifications that increase conversion rates.
  • Website Projects: Manage ongoing website projects, including redesigns and new feature launches, ensuring they meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Design & Branding Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual representation across the website.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize website elements to improve conversion rates and achieve business objectives.
  • Integrations: Manage the integration of various platforms and systems with the website to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Analytics: Utilize analytics to monitor user behavior, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive website strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Website Product Manager or similar role in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and current web trends.
  • Experience with content management systems, A/B testing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
