Qualifications

Proven experience as a marketing assistant

Graphic Design

Copywriting

Social Media reporting/analytics

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Hootsuite, Adobe Illustrator and other marketing software

Exquisite communication and people skills

Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Social Media Management:
Develop compelling content, including images, reels, captions, and stories for multiple property accounts
Post and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all social media channels
Create visually appealing and relevant posts to maintain an engaging online presence
Undertake daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Compile and review reports, utilizing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data
Event Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the planning, setup, and teardown of promotional events
Attend events to facilitate their success and address any issues that may arise
Content Writing and Marketing Literature:
Compose and post online content on property websites and social media accounts
Write marketing literature, including brochures and press releases, to enhance the company's market presence
Digital Marketing:
Design and manage digital advertisements, scaling campaigns to maximize ROI
Oversee website management, ensuring timely and relevant updates
Coordinate and execute email blasts, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
Generate reports on digital ad performance, providing insights and recommendations
Other Marketing Tasks:
Create graphics for flyers, ads, posts, mailers, and site maps
Oversee data collection for reports and conduct comprehensive reviews
Communicate directly with tenants to foster trusting relationships
Scale campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources
