Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how Thermcraft’s products meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure equipment meets system requirements.
  • Provide sales support and understand consumer demands.
  • Secure orders, guarantee product standards, and assure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring product acceptance.
  • Plan and implement product modifications to meet consumer demands.
  • Assist clients in resolving product usage issues.
  • Recommend new and improved products, highlighting cost-effectiveness and benefits.
Requirements:

Competencies and Attributes Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably knowledge of manufacturing and engineering in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to discuss specific needs with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative-taking with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with software including Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems with the ability to learn Thermcraft’s internal systems.
  • Knowledge of design, engineering, and production principles, practices and methods.
  • Sense of urgency: in your work and ability to influence others towards actions and urgency.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
