JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Recruiting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy for the department. You will lead the recruitment process, build strong relationships with sales leaders, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent across various industries. Your expertise in sales and recruitment will be critical in shaping our success and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with client growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to executives.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed notes on all interviews and manage candidate information in our tracking system.
  • Review candidate assessments to ensure a high-quality selection process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless process.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
  • Currently leading individual contributors. Required.
  • Minimum of three years in a sales recruiting leadership role with a total of ten years of recruiting experience. Required
  • Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
