ANDT Inspection, a SOCOTEC Company, is a leading provider of Nondestructive Testing, an FAA Certified Repair Sation, and a premier provider of state-of-the-art Non-Destructive Testing, inspection, engineering, and integrated services throughout the United States. We provide NDT Inspection services in the following classifications:

  • RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING (RT)- Gamma, X-Ray, Under Insulation Corrosion Testing, Digital
  • MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING (MT)- Wet, Dry, Visual, Fluorescent, Direct, Yoke, Prod, Coil Techniques, Bench
  • ULTRASONIC TESTING (UT)- Phased Array, Lamination, Thickness, Corrosion Mapping
  • PENETRANT TESTING (PT)- Fluorescent, Visual
  • REMOTE VISUAL TESTING (VT)- AWS, ASME, API Direct, Remote, Borescope
  • INTERNAL ROTARY INSPECTION SYSTEM (IRIS)- Tube Testing
  • POSITIVE MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION (PMI)- Alloy Analysis, Positive Metal Identification
  • EDDY CURRENT TESTING (ET)- ECT, MFL, RFT, Tube and Surface Inspection, Material Sorting, Conductivity of Material.
Job Description

ANDT Inspection LLC. is seeking Level II RT (Gamma and XRay ) personnel. Candidates must have 5 to 10 years experience.  They should have a current IRRSP card or State equivalent. MT, PT & UT certifications are a plus. Full-time/permanent positions, with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Level II RT inspections
  • Set up equipment
  • Calculate, establish, and control the radiation areas
  • Organize and report the testing results
  • Responsible for producing quality radiographs
  • Communicate with client representatives as required
  • Maintain all safety procedures during a project
  • Meet deadlines set by management and the client
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications

  • Level II Radiography certification
  • IRRSP card or valid State Radiographer's card
  • Manual film processing skills
  • Familiarity with API/ASME/AWS welding codes
