Job Description

ANDT Inspection LLC. is seeking Level II Ultrasonic Testing with additional Testing disciplines such as CWI, Magnetic Particle, PT, VT, and Bolting would be a plus.  Fulltime/permanent positions, with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Level II UT, MT and other inspections
  • Execute the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product
  • Perform daily system performance tests on equipment to ensure compliance with NDT standards
  • Calibration of equipment – DAC Curves a plus
  • Perform inspection duties, organize, and generate reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation
  • Prepare reports on all testing and evaluations to the appropriate department
  • Ensure that the equipment used for testing is functioning correctly and in accordance with all applicable safety regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Communicate with client representatives as required
  • Maintain all safety procedures during a project
  • Meet deadlines set by management and the client
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Any other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Level II Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and other disciplines
  • Familiarity with API/ASME/AWS welding codes
  • 2-5 years + experience working in manufacturing/maintenance facilities
  • FAA A&P License is required
  • High School education or GED required; some college is preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend written materials, write legibly, and perform basic math calculations accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Crawl in and out of tight spaces NO confined Space unless possess the certifications.
  • Comfortably work at elevated heights
  • Lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Work in enclosed and exterior weather conditions

Hourly rate: $45-60/hour
