Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Springfeild, MO (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $19+ DOE
What's the Job?
- Process vendor invoices/credits
- Check for proper documentations and approvals
- Review sales taxes
- Code invoices with G/L account numbers
- Audit daily invoice production
- Expense audit
- Experience with Excel
- French fluency nice to have
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
