The Concierge is a key member of the team. The Concierge provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the property.
Essential Functions:
Reports to and collaborates with management of the facility related issuesFulfill customer/resident requestsResolve resident concernsManage solicitors that may enter the communityKnow the emergency key procedures (Key Track, Knox box locations, fireman elevator keys, lock-outs, etc.)Monitor camerasEnsure all visitors have been properly greeted and registeredManage key issuance policy, and control keyboardAnswer phones using site specific telephone greeting standardsAdminister packages and distributes mail to resident's boxesProvide Concierge services for residents (Dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, etc.)Assists residents with move-in and move-out proceduresAssemble collateral packages for prospective residentsOffer prospective residents information regarding the communityWrite work orders and ensure they are given to the appropriate staff memberFollow up on resident service requestsConduct courtesy calls to residents (i.e. cabs, packages, deliveries)Adhere to all Able safety procedures regarding the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as tasks dictateSupports and follows Able Engineering Services’ operational policies and standardsSupports and follows Able Engineering Services’ safety programPerform related duties as required with a "can do, will do” attitude Qualifications:
