Responsibilities:

  • Act as receptionist and concierge
  • Greet guests
  • Check guests in
  • Direct phone lines
  • Offer beverages to guests
  • Load the dishwasher
  • Ensure cups, plates, etc. are always available for guests
  • Ready to assist with any needs from guests
  • Business professional dress is required

Years of Experience Needed:

  • 1+ year of professional experience is required

Level of Education:

  • H.S Diploma

Systems/Software Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

Top Must-Have Skills:

  • Professional facing
  • Strong customer service personality
  • Communication skills

Top Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Past experience as a high-end receptionist or concierge
