Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized multitasker.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Check-in and welcome visitors
- Process, sort, and route incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
- Record and balance petty cash
- Daily tabulation and entry of fiber for production and billing
- Process daily shipment totals
- Adjust roll inventory daily
- Follow all A/P and freight invoices to completion
- Manages A/P, fiber and purchase order files
- Assists HR with new hire process, recordkeeping, employee relations, and event planning
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Hourly pay range is $19-$21
