Description
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized multitasker.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Check-in and welcome visitors
Process, sort, and route incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
Record and balance petty cash
Daily tabulation and entry of fiber for production and billing
Process daily shipment totals
Adjust roll inventory daily
Follow all A/P and freight invoices to completion
Manages A/P, fiber and purchase order files
Assists HR with new hire process, recordkeeping, employee relations, and event planning
Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Hourly pay range is $19-$21
