Job Description

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Woburn-based Construction company to identify a Billing Associate to join their team.

Highlights of the Billing Associate Opportunity:

  • The Company: 60-year-old construction company with 8 locations across the US.
  • The Growth: The company has steadily grown year over year and expect to continue that trajectory going forward.
  • The Opportunity: The Billing Associate will be responsible for all AIA billing on for their Northeast division.
  • The Benefits: Our client closes the office at 3 every Friday and they pay for a CrossFit membership.
  • The Pay: Upwards of $75K for the right person.

The Billing Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Track and allocate project costs accurately.
  • Process invoices and payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Generate and submit monthly project billings with supporting documents.
  • Obtain and prepare lien waivers for submission.
  • Update and submit job cost spreadsheets regularly throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of construction AIA billing experience
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
