Job Overview: Our cleint is seeking a dynamic and experienced President to lead our food manufacturing business located in Pensylvania. As the President, you will have full operational and P&L responsibility for running the facility. This is an on-site, full-time position overseeing one shift and managing a dedicated team of 45-50 employees. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing manufacturing processes, distribution, inventory controls, and production line procedures while adhering to strict FDA and internal quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the food manufacturing facility's operations.
  • Oversee P&L, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
  • Implement and monitor manufacturing processes to maintain high efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage inventory controls to optimize production and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality control standards.
  • Supervise and support a team of 45-50 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, prioritizing employee safety and product integrity.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and distribution logistics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and production line management.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
