Job Details:
- Position: Interim Center Director
- Location: Redding, CA
- Employment Type: Contract
- Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Mondays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday-Friday)
- Salary: $50.00 - $60.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Department: Health Center Operations
About the Role:
As Interim Center Director, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated healthcare team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure optimal clinic performance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with community partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Check ins with team, EHR template management, conflict management, schedule adjustments with callouts, timecard approvals, addressing patient complaints as needed

Qualifications:
