What You will Do

                                                                                                                                       

Tactical

  • Scope and cost the digital solutions for assigned multi-site enterprise customers with input from subject matter experts.
  • Assist the solutions strategist and other team members to develop a customer-specific digital solution suite, digital solutions costing, program proposals and financials for approval.
  • Work with the legal team, the SBU team and other team members to develop the customer-specific contract documents for the digital solutions.
  • Build a digital solution success plan with specific objectives, key milestones and metrics to deliver value to assigned enterprise customers.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of digital solutions and digital success plan through the pre-sale and post-sales phases of execution in a global matrix team.
  • Manage issue resolution, daily status reviews, and communications as part of hyper care for programs to successfully transition the technology, processes, and data to support and ensure that the business can effectively operate in the new production environment.
  • Track digital solution project implementation and digital success plan and report progress to the program manager and other stakeholders.
  • On occasion, assist the corporate account managers to communicate the details of the digital program to assigned accounts.

Strategic

  • Continually work to improve the digital solution suite management and execution process.
  • Understand the value of company digital programs to the customer and have the ability to actively promote this value to the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide tools, coaching, and expertise in change leadership to ensure digital solution change action plans are developed and executed across assigned enterprise customers.
  • Partner across the organization in creation, testing and piloting of new digital solution execution processes.
  • Ensure adequate digital solution training is delivered to customer, field, and sales associates.

Position Details

  • Candidate can reside anywhere in the United States near a major airport.  
  • Deploy digital water treatment solutions in various industries, including Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Chemical, and Primary Metals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in a digital business-to-business environment.
  • 2 years of combined experience in digital product ownership and managing customer facing accounts.
  • Willingness/ability to travel 50%
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management training
  • Experience working industrial customers.
