We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position for Laurelwood Gardens Apartments in Federal Way, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance of two apartment complexes, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude. *$32 per hour

*Full time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

*Summary: *Direct activities of workers engaged in operating and maintaining facilities and equipment in apartment buildings by performing the following duties personally or through team members.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned*

*Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed.

*Assign workers to duties such as maintenance, repair, or renovation and obtains bids for additional work from outside contractors.

*Direct contracted projects to verify adherence to specifications.

*Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, and equipment.

*Plan and administer department budget.

*Compile records of labor and material cost for operating building and issues cost reports to owner or managing agents.

*Assemble and analyze contract bids to submit and recommendations to superiors for action.

*Assist around the property any cleaning and upkeep, as needed

*Assist with unit turns, as directed

*Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings, as assigned
