SUMMARY:

The Marketing Associate/Office Manager will work with the entire Grillos Gang in many different roles. This is an entry-level role but with high-visibility, is highly cross-functional and will touch almost all aspects of Grillos business functions. You will need to prioritize, be an organized and independent worker. You will be a vital member of the Grillos Team and responsible for supporting our entire team.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Marketing Support:

  • Sending care packages to Grillos affiliates and representatives, such as:
  • GPU (Grillos Pickles University) members.
  • Social Media Influencers.

Marketing file management.

  • Fix/enforce file storage best practices.
  • Assist with social media community management.

Office Management:

Office Support.

  • Manage all office-based initiatives.
  • Supply procurement.
  • Team building planning/scheduling.
  • Team SWAG coordination.
  • Holiday events, summer outings, birthdays, etc.
  • Team gift ordering.
  • Team lunch and other event coordination.
  • Drive general office cleanliness.
  • Streamline office communications.
  • Support Sr. Team with broad communications to the full group.
  • Team calendar management as needed.
  • New employee onboarding processes.
  • New hire kits, introductions, organize welcome party, etc.
  • Receiving/Distributing packages and mail.

Admin Support.

  • Ad hoc support for Sr. Team.
  • Large meeting scheduling (i.e. board meetings, larger inter-agency meetings, etc.)
  • Event ticket management.
  • Support with larger mailing / PR mailings.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • Alignment with Grillos positive vibes and an appreciation for working in an environment where these behaviors flourish.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Entry-level role with a desire to move into a Marketing or Sales career path.
  • Independent and hard working - not afraid to tackle any office project.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to self-prioritize, and deliver against competing concurrent projects.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills (including listening) and the ability to articulate ideas and voice constructive opinions.
  • Willingness to work in Westwood, MA (south of Boston) office on Monday Thursday and be remote on Fridays.
  • Open to business travel and offsite work 10% of the time.
