INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT

Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls is hiring for Inside Sales Assistant positions in our New Orleans office. We are a Manufacturers Representative of electrical products with an established customer base. The ideal candidate should enjoy developing relationships with customers and supporting them through phone calls and email. You must have great communication skills, be organized, and be able to multi-task.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Answering Incoming Calls

Processing and entering purchase orders

Expediting shipments

Processing returns

Create value for our customers and manufacturers

Create personal relationships with our customers and manufacturers

Working knowledge of computer systems

Support our inside and outside sales teams

Work towards understanding the business and moving to Inside Sales
