  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy, completeness, and any damages.
  • Record and report discrepancies or damages to management promptly.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packing orders, verifying items, and labeling packages appropriately.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure shipments are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure goods are stored properly and safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records using computerized systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of shipping and inventory-related documents such as bills of lading, shipping orders, and invoices.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and computerized inventory systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
