We are looking for an enthusiastic, seasoned, experienced professional with a great track record in customer service and shipping to add to our team. Someone who possesses strong organizational skills with a passion for details and ruthless effort toward accuracy. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter sales orders
  • Call customers for credit cards
  • Communicate with customers on any and all issues regarding their shipments
  • Manage order processing, oversee label creation for boxes, ensure all orders go out weekly in a timely manner working together with our warehouse and carrier networks and office staff
  • Process orders for picking and shipping 
  • Help in the warehouse with picking orders when needed
  • Allocate orders based on current inventory and manage inventory to ship orders successfully
  • Communicate with customers daily on payment terms, successfully collecting credit cards and processing their orders for shipping
  • Diligent follow through from start to finish for all points of receiving orders to shipping orders
  • Invoice all shipped orders for payment
  • Handle and process returns and exchanges, ensuring satisfied customers
  • Troubleshoot and work with customers daily in problem solving
  • Communicate with sales office, rep staff, customers, managers and warehouse daily to ensure successful daily shipping both verbally and email
  • Must have great verbal and writing skills and must be able to clearly articulate all situations and communicate effectively with all customers having a friendly phone voice in which to achieve maximum success

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and or similar work experience to match
  • 2 - 4 years in administrative work and customer service/customer service management
  • High proficiency in Excel is a must, QuickBooks or other similar software also a must.
  • Ability to manage documentation, input data accurately and with great attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to write proper emails
  • Able to develop and follow a process and work well with others and our team
  • Poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts, consumers and customers
  • Be able to operate with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines is critical
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Thrives on a fast paced environment
  • Doesn't get rattled easily
