This role requires a candidate with a solid commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating background. The ideal candidate will be local to the San Jose area, possess a stable work history, and have a proven track record of success in the HVAC industry.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates for HVAC projects.
  • Prepared and presented detailed proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to communicate value to clients effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications


  • Local to the San Jose, CA area with a stable work history.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering detailed proposals and sales presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HVAC or related disciplines.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
