Executive Assistant to Founder

Our client a fast-growing Venture Capital Fund located in NYC is seeking an EA to the Founder, and back up to the office. This role is due to growth.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- 24/7 Mentality - Executive travels a lot and needs someone always on standby if necessary
- High intensity, always 3 steps ahead of the Founder, ad hoc projects
- Heavy travel, itineraries, booking reservations for hotels, lunches, meetings
- Speaking to Investors on a daily basis
- Expenses for the Founder and analysts
- Some Personal work for Founder as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 10+ years' experience
- Have worked in a Hedge, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Banking
- Extremely fast paced environment
150-175K all in with bonus
