Sales Consultant

The E-Commerce Sales Representative will focus on driving sales through Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace & other E-commerce Platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of these platforms and their advertising tools, as well as the ability to engage effectively with customers and optimize sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace.
Create and manage ad campaigns, promotions, and product listings on these platforms to drive traffic and increase sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and ad metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
Provide outstanding customer service through Meta platforms, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging with them on social media and addressing their needs promptly.
- Platform Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace.
Utilize platform tools and insights to enhance product visibility and drive engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for Meta platforms that attract and convert customers.
Ensure product listings, ads, and promotions are accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences on Meta platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales approaches and enhance platform performance.
- Reporting and Optimization:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, ad campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in e-commerce sales with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace).
Strong knowledge of Meta advertising tools and social media marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
