Microsoft TEAMS Engineer

Position Summary
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Teams engineer to join our team. This job is responsible for implementing the engineering approach to transition the Bank from legacy Skype for Business to MS Teams on a large enterprise scale for over 200K users. The Teams Engineer is responsible for the scoping, assessment, planning, design, testing, and technical documentation for the implementation and support of Teams deployment in the Bank. Related core technologies include Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Apps. You’ll leverage your expertise in these platforms to help deliver quality migration while fulfilling complex business, security and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
You will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues
Create thorough test scripts and lead product QA/UAT and regression testing.
Utilize troubleshooting tools (e.g. application logs, performance traces, admin portal) to perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation
Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve issues involving multiple components.
Assist in the implementation of end-to-end application launching programs (e.g. knowledge sharing with service desk and operation, technical design document and best practice creation)
Provide timely engineering assistance to triage meeting during incidents or outage.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering Enterprise MS Teams solutions for collaboration and productivity in an engineering role.
Must be have solid and deep knowledge in M365 technologies, particularly, MS Teams, Azure AD, Sharepoint Online and One Drive
Extensive experience with tenant restrictions, conditional access, cloud security, authentication, data retention, information barrier.
Have a good understanding of audio, video, quality measurement, performance analysis
Knowledge of Networking, proxy, UDP, related tools like Wireshark or Fiddler is a plus
Familiar with Teams tenant administration, especially meeting policies, chat policies and calling policies
Familiar with Teams client (desktop client, web client and mobile client) functionalities and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with PowerShell commandlet for Teams administration and other automation tools
Experience with MS Teams on virtual desktop, mobile device and video room device
