Over the course of 10-12 weeks, a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer Intern, you'll work in the Garner Headquarters located in Garner, North Carolina. The Microsoft 365 Support Engineer Intern will work closely with our senior M365 Engineer, receiving mentorship and guidance to support various Microsoft 365 services and tools, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Office Online, with learning opportunities in the Microsoft Power Platform. Assist in supporting some of Butterball's Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office Online.
* Utilize our support ticketing system to assist users, tracking troubleshooting and resolving of issues.
* Document procedures, guides, and troubleshooting steps.
* Collaborate with the senior M365 Engineer to implement new team sites, features and solutions.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 online environment.

Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for food? We're looking for creative minds who can help us make our food production process even better. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
