We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Human Resources department by handling various HR tasks, including recruiting, payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and other HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and possess a passion for HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting: Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including data entry, reviewing timesheets, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) by updating employee records, running reports, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration, including enrolling new hires, processing changes, and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, policy updates, and compliance audits.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
