Pay Rate: $43.00/hr - $50.00/hr.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience using Handshake and Workday for recruitment processes, along with a strong background in the media industry. This role will focus on building relationships with universities and attracting top early-career talent to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize Handshake and Workday to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with university career services to promote internship and entry-level opportunities.
  • Conduct information sessions and participate in career fairs to engage with students and recent graduates.
  • Foster relationships with student organizations to increase brand awareness and attract diverse talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in campus recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using Handshake and Workday for recruitment purposes.
  • Previous experience in the media industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and university partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
