Our Brands
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing quality candidates through various channels and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the critical staffing needs of the business.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, networking, outreach, and other creative means to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand candidate backgrounds, skillsets, and qualifications.
- Collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a consistent and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and positions.
- Use HCA’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools to organize and manage candidate information effectively.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through personalized communications, effectively showcasing the organization's value proposition, mission, and culture.
- Nurture candidate relationships to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities, even if they are not an immediate fit.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, provide status updates on sourcing progress, and align candidate profiles with the specific staffing needs of the business.
- Communicate with candidates professionally, accurately representing the organization and the roles available.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operations and mission of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment and sourcing experience preferred.
- Proficient skills working with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills required.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, performance/metrics driven, team focused environment required.
