Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition
Sell solutions directly to corporate decision makers and collaborate on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Influence prospects at the senior leadership level and provide feedback on pipeline progress

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience with outstanding quota attainment
Experience selling SaaS, B2B, enterprise software to high-level executives
Expertise in Salesforce.com and recent experience in human capital technology space preferred
Ability to navigate complex client requirements and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated with a process-oriented approach to customer acquisition
