Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative staff, cultivating a productive and motivated team.
  • Ensure seamless office operations by managing scheduling, patient flow, and communications.
  • Coordinate patient intake and oversee appointment scheduling to optimize patient care.
  • Manage the entire billing cycle, from charge entry and claim submission to payment posting.
  • Handle insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and resolve billing issues with precision.

Financial Management

  • Monitor office budgets, track expenditures, and contribute to financial forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports to keep leadership informed and support business planning.

Customer Service

  • Act as the go-to person for patient concerns, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Create a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff, ensuring top-tier customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or work experience.
  • 3 + years of healthcare office management experience, with expertise in insurance and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing systems (ICD-10, CPT coding), and insurance processes.
