Area Sales Manager North America – Luxury Travel Retail
International Luxury company headquartered in Europe and with a Miami regional office for the Americas is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager North America for its Travel Retail duty free business
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active individual eager to contribute a team building attitude and an analytical mindset to the business and the organization.
In this high visibility position,
your responsibilities will be to:
· Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty.
· Manage designated territories and customers to maximize market share.
· Develop and control top line sales level along with account profitability.
· Work with marketing Managers to develop marketing plans and initiatives.
· Introduce & negotiate new product launches, promotional activities and POS actions.
· Manage team of retail sales Delegates implementing sales goals and KPI for success.
· Negotiate space and enhance brand visibility within group merchandising guidelines.
· Be a force of proposal and motivation to grow the business and improve the processes.

Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant previous experience.
- Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Previous employment within luxury brands or Travel Retail required.
- Be pro-active, organized, energetic, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and diplomacy - able to collaborate well with others.
- Solid analytical skills and confirmed abilities in Microsoft excel.
- Fluent English. Additional language a plus (Spanish, French, other)
- Availability for domestic and international travel.
