Job Title: North America Senior Sales Manager - New Builds

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our North America sales team in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the power generation market. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and establish new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the power generation industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions
