Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journeyPosition: HR ConsultantLocation: Hybrid role based at our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with flexible remote work options available.Role Overview:As an HR Consultant for our Global Corporate Operations and Engineering Teams, you will be a strategic partner to approximately 250 professionals, including five executive leaders across Global Transportation, Supply Chain Engineering, Global Sourcing, Trade Compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sectors. Your role is pivotal in fostering organizational development and workforce engagement to meet current and forthcoming business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business executives and management teams to develop and execute human resources strategies that support innovative organizational capability and enhance workforce engagement.Drive initiatives that align with corporate objectives, implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering credible and timely counsel in the areas of organizational design, team building, and strategic workforce planning.Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption and implementation of organizational changes at various levels.Innovate HR systems and processes to align talent management and leadership practices with company goals.Leverage data analytics and technology tools to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and connect with the workforce.Core Competencies:Strategic Orientation: Ability to influence long-term business strategy and position the organization for success.Trusted Advisor: Establishes personal credibility and provides informed perspectives.HR Mastery: Maintains expertise in the HR field and applies best practices effectively.Organizational Developer: Identifies and cultivates essential capabilities for sustainable success.Change Leader: Facilitates and guides effective change strategies at all organizational levels.Innovator: Integrates and enhances HR systems to meet strategic objectives.Analytical Thinker: Employs advanced technology and data insights for strategic planning and operational efficiencies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field preferred.6-8 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5 years in a significant role within a large corporate environment.PHR or SPHR certification is advantageous.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects effectively.Additional Requirements:Occasional travel may be required.Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.Strong capability for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.This description represents key areas of responsibility; it is not exhaustive and will be complemented by additional tasks. Join us to drive meaningful change and contribute to our continuous pursuit of excellence.The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,500.00 - $179,400.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
