In this role, thePatient Access Representativeis responsible for interviewing the patient in order to obtain demographic and financial information.
Requirements:
+ Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurances.
+ Experience working on computers.
+ Successful completion of the CPAR program to attain certification.
+ Successful completion of site personnel general orientation.
+ Successful completion of department specific orientation
