The ideal candidate will be an experienced consulting professional with the ability to leverage behavioral science and data to help senior leaders align organizational strategy with key organizational results. This role will be a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in understanding complex business and organizational challenges and designing effective solutions to resolve them. The role involves: * Taking complex information and distilling into distinct conclusions and suggestions utilizing both qualitative and quantitative techniques. * Collaborating alongside Senior consultants to formulate optimal solutions and to motivate individuals and entities into action. * Fostering relationships based on credibility and trust with clients. * An ability to convey messages proficiently to all audiences including senior executives. * Developing a leadership approach with a foundation of self-awareness in conjunction with interests, strengths, and relevant organizational experiences. The role also involves aspects such as: * Facilitation of educational workshops leveraging behavioral science and data from Predictive Index including team dynamics workshops and Predictive Index structured workshops and training programs. * A master of the Predictive Index software platform including 1:1 readbacks of behavioral profiles. * Facilitation of meetings and goal setting sessions. * Proficient in understanding KPI's, OKR's and helping organizations create them and manage those elements. * Designing workflows/operational charts for clients. * Ability to effectively manage project or program requirements. * Basic financial acumen in terms of the ability to know project profitability/job-costing. * Proposal writing Skills & Requirements Required Experience & Skills * 3-5 years in an client facing consulting delivery role. Required Education * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relative experience Qualifications *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
