Duties * Serves as the key point of contact to the Professor of Military Science (PMS) regarding the administration of the Cadet ROTC program. * Assist applicants/selectees in preparation of enrollment and contract documents for the program. * Monitor pay reports for proper payments to the universities/schools. * Provide staff assistance in all areas of supply and logistics management. * Assist organization by coordinating with the university to schedule and coordinate various facilities for events. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. * Business travel required 30% of the time/May require 6-12 weeks TDY in Support of Cadet Command Summer Training/ Employee required to attend C3P0 training 3rd week from EOD. * May be required to complete a 1 year probation period.
