Our comprehensive solutions enhance dealership operations and customer satisfaction, offering unparalleled support in the automotive industry.   Position Summary: DealerFLEX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, some sales experience, and organizational skills. This role requires frequent local travel to engage with potential clients and schedule appointments with our in house sales team.   Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients within the automotive dealership sector. Prospect and generate leads for the internal sales team by cold calling, networking, and most importantly, visiting potential clients on-site daily. Qualify prospects to the agreed upon criteria with the internal sales team. Present and sell DealerFLEX’s hospitality and transportation services to car dealerships. Develop client relationships to assist internal sales teams in generating new business. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Coordinate meetings with potential clients and the internal sales team. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services. The ability to take on additional responsibilities and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.   Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Attention to detail for capturing all prospect interaction notes into CRM daily. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.   Compensation: Competetive base salary Commission package including commissions and bonus opportunities DealerFLEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
