Pay Rate: $17-18 based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Maintenance and Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our office facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and functional workspace, handling general clerical duties, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move office furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Change light bulbs and handle minor repairs such as patching walls, light carpentry, and painting.
  • Set up meeting and conference rooms for events.
  • Assist with internal office moves and building occupant relocations.
  • Install fixtures like pictures, whiteboards, etc.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and mail services, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage.
  • Maintain inventory records and restock office supplies.
  • Distribute office supplies, faxes, and mail to personnel or designated drop-off points.
  • Perform general clerical and delivery duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in custodial, maintenance, or office support roles (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage (as required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of operating basic hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
