We are seeking two skilled and experienced Human Resources professionals to join our team in the Hunt Valley, MD area. We have open positions for an HR Benefits Administrator and an HR Generalist with a focus on Performance Management. HR Benefits Administrator

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Position can eventually be hybrid 1-2 days work from home)
  • Pay Rate: Direct Hire: $70,000- $75,000 (Pay may be negotiable based on experience)
Job Description:
  • Manage and coordinate all employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, HRA, Life/AD&D, LTD, STD, retirement, etc.) with third-party administrators, carriers, and insurance brokers.
  • Perform benefit administration duties including processing enrollments and changes, reconciling invoices, and assisting employees with claims and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate Open Enrollment and conduct monthly Benefits Orientations for employees.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files and process payroll status and benefits changes in Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Administer leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork, and interpret FMLA and ADA implications.
  • Respond to 401(k) inquiries, manage annual catch-up contribution enrollment, and ensure compliance with the Maryland New Hire Registry.
  • Maintain compliance with State and Federal laws, including Form I-9 audits, and expand knowledge of HR benefits regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in HR or related field with three years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-PC/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS or payroll is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to handle complex and sensitive issues objectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
HR Generalist with a Focus on Performance Management

Job Details:

Job Description:
  • Design and implement performance management systems, policies, and procedures that support organizational objectives.
  • Develop and administer performance appraisal processes, collaborate with department heads on performance metrics, and provide training on performance management best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluations and ratings.
  • Partner with HR Generalist and Talent Manager to integrate performance management processes with talent development, succession planning, and recruitment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in performance management and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software tools; experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Knowledge in other areas of HR, such as benefits, recruiting, and employee relations, is a plus.
