Position Overview:

Mattermore is seeking a Business Development Intern to support our business development team. In this role, you will assist in managing and maintaining our outreach and contact operations, crucial for expanding our business network and fostering long-term relationships. This position provides a valuable opportunity to engage deeply with business development strategies in a high-tech, AI-focused startup environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and maintaining records of outreach and networking activities.
  • Support the business development team in the management of contact databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accurately categorized.
  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
  • Participate in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies that align with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
