25% System Integration:

Design, implement, and modify enterprise level integration solutions, single system integrations, system interfaces, data exchanges, and data transformations. Coordinate with other delivery staff including application developers, data managers, project management, and quality assurance to ensure that system integrations and interface processes meet the needs of the systems, partner agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders that they serve.

10 % Deployment:

Install and configure enterprise level integration solutions, interfaces, and integrations as required.

Coordinate with other units as needed. Research and document affected systems to identify risks. Develop risk mitigation, contingency, and roll-back plans in coordination with project teams.

10% Delivery Standards:

Assist supervisors within IT with the development and maintenance of standards related to solution delivery, including application development standards, testing requirements, design and documentation requirements, security requirements, and all other fundamental design concepts related to established enterprise architecture standards.

10% Maintenance, Monitoring, and Performance

Perform system maintenance on all system interfaces and integration points. Ensure uptime, accuracy, timeliness, and high availability of critical system interfaces. Monitor system logs and proactively identify and correct issues. Coordinate with stakeholders and management to manage and maintain critical performance measures. Propose solutions for optimization to provide effective and efficient data exchange. Coordinate with delivery and support staff to carry out effective change.
