Overview:

OrkaTV is the leading marketplace for streaming TV advertising, specializing in high-quality FAST Channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to join our expanding Performance Advertising Team. The role focuses on sourcing new partnerships and managing as well as enhancing our existing performance-based marketing partnerships, aligning with OrkaTV’s commitment to delivering a great advertising experience on streaming TV.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing affiliate marketing strategies and operations to increase’s teams exposure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing them with the necessary support and resources
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze data and generate reports on performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align efforts with overall business goals
  • Source and negotiate business terms with new CTV channels and other affiliates to expand our network.
  • Onboard, develop, and optimize partner relationships to support business growth.
  • Proactively optimize partnerships, troubleshoot issues, and innovate solutions.
  • Handle daily operations of lead-buying and optimize lead quality.
  • Compile and deliver performance reporting to partners.
  • Ensure accurate external billing files at month-end.


Experience:

  • 1-3 years in a business development role or similar.
  • Some knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficient in using various affiliate marketing platforms and tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including CTV, pay-per-call, social media advertising, and media buying
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with affiliates and internal teams
  • Proficient in multi-channel campaign strategies including CTV, display, search and social media.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies and media metrics (CPM, CPA, CPL, Pay-Per-Call, Per Inquiry etc.).
  • Proficient with Excel and a basic understanding of HTML.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify issues and formulate resolutions.
