WHO we’re looking for:


We are looking for a Retail Channel Operations Manager who will be responsible for collaborating and leading the internal and external teams along with the National Retail Account Customer. Some of the groups you will be working with include, the Retail Training Organization, Outside Vendors, 3PL Support Teams, Sales Account Teams, Retail Visual Merchandising, Retail Fixture Development, Retail Design, Channel Marketing, Retail Finance, Field organization and the Retail GTM Strategy teams at both the Global and North American levels to bring operational execution and services to life in National Retail stores.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own the National Retail channel strategy execution and be the operational voice.
  • Collaborate across teams, think strategically, develop operational briefs and strategies. have
  • Manage multiple projects across different work streams, pre-plan, be solution and detailed oriented, able to pivot quickly and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Convey complex ideas in simple, effective ways that influence, inform and educate audiences at all levels in the organization.
  • Interact with Executive Leadership across Retail and other departments, globally and within cross functional areas, to help move the retail experience forward.
  • Be a fierce advocate for the Channel Operations team, driving repeatability, stability, and intuitiveness into everything you do.
  • Explain complicated, detailed, and quickly changing facts to the Channel Operations Team as well as the retail leadership team in a succinct, easy to understand manner.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 7 years of relevant retail experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams.
  • Strong Proficiency in Power Point, Word, and Excel.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Ability to Project Manage is highly desired.
  • Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end-to-end planning.
  • Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed.
  • Outstanding written and communications skills, and time management skills.
