VENTECH is focusing on advanced technology development and creating technology modules solutions to enable many products design of major companies. Over the years, VENTECH has built know-how and intellectual property with expertise in several technology domains. These include life science, genomics, molecular diagnostics, healthcare products as well as industrial computing, printing, and imaging technology.
We aim to support customers in accelerating their product development cycle through adoption of many readymade modules/solutions with option for customization. Customers do not have to re-invent the wheel and develop from grounds up every time.
We have the necessary building blocks to jump start the product development and enable concurrent engineering to shorten time to market.
We’re looking to add a Regional Account Manager for Ventech business portfolio in the United State. The position can be based in our office at Milpitas, California or remotely based.
As Regional Account Manager, your responsibilities are:
Sales Execution:
- Execute on a sales plan through current strategic partners and acquire new resellers to build a robust portfolio and increase sales.
- Actively prospect new business and opportunities within a region.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Qualify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in the territory.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build positive, long-term relationships with strategic partners to increase sales opportunities.
- Manage reseller communications to strengthen relationships and drive business results.
- Support existing strategic partners with tailored marketing strategies.
Sales Support:
- Make assertive outbound calls to position products and highlight vertical market opportunities and successes.
- Demonstrate products and answer technical questions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Use Salesforce.com to manage leads and track sales.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work in concert with Service and Marketing departments to ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Own all product and pricing requests, serving as the single point of contact for guidance and direction.
- Document inquiry outcomes and solutions for accurate tracking and future reference.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Understand prospect pain points and develop solutions specific to customer needs and business goals.
- Complete assignments with an open, cooperative, positive, and team-oriented approach.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with good understanding of marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quota.
- Experience working with a lead generation process and CRM systems
- Ability to apply creative and persistent selling techniques to recruit and manage a portfolio of resellers. Experience in managing resellers is highly desirable.
- Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with superior planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, results-driven approach to completing tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving and growing environment, with a diverse group of professionals.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel 70%-85% in state, out of state and international.
