Vice President of Real Estate


Insight Global is seeking an experienced Vice President of Real Estate located in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will serve as the senior leader responsible for supporting the company’s Global Real Estate portfolio inclusive of overall strategy, project success, cost-effective solutioning, and vendor partnerships


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the real estate industry with current knowledge in Construction, Design, Project Management, Facility Management, and People Management
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively foster collaboration and empower employees at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office, technology, spreadsheets, data analysis, and project management tools
  • Strong ability to quickly adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility to a variety of schedules and hours to meet business needs; travel may be required
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and prioritization of responsibilities in a pressure work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to respond to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks


Responsibilities

  • This role will require the ability to multi-task, be action orientated, forward thinking and a strong leader and communicator
  • Lead, develop, and manage people at the highest level
  • Partner with senior business leaders within Corporate and Sales to strategize, inform, and support the company's priorities
  • Responsible for managing CapEx and OpEx spend, making cost-effective decisions, and developing annual budget plans that maximize the value and effective use of the properties function
  • Manages, evaluates, and reports on KPIs / performance metrics for the overall properties function
  • Provides solutions to project challenges in IG’s multi-faceted office spaces around the world
  • Champion of improvement processes that elevate the company's workplace operating model
