Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team in executing projects and programs for local clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships, including overseeing contracts, projects, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential regional clients and contribute to the development of a Regional Strategy Plan and Business Development initiatives.
  • Utilize local resources effectively while coordinating with other company offices and resources.
  • Monitor and manage employee utilization by collaborating with other company leaders.
  • Work closely with Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise across the organization.
  • Develop and implement a training plan for regional employees.
  • Actively promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive management on the overall health of projects.
  • Oversee the planning, development, issuance, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the gas utilities sector.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
  • Proven experience as the single point of contact responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, including financial accountability.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience with natural gas and oil systems, process piping systems, compressor stations, pump stations, gas processing, filtration/separation, CNG, LNG, measurement and regulation, or high-voltage T&D and/or substation EPC project management is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems creatively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and reprioritize work as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and coordinate engineering reports, calculations, studies, and presentations.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from internal resources and clients.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting communication styles of both technical and non-technical team members and clients.
