Job Summary

The Project Manager - Civil Engineering will be responsible for managing multiple projects and workloads with competing deadlines. This role will oversee land development design, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, and soil erosion and sediment control design. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of experience in land development design, both residential and commercial. Proficiency in technical skills such as stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and other site development related designs is required. The Project Manager will work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed within established budgets and deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects and workloads with competing deadlines
Oversee land development design, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, and soil erosion and sediment control design
Ensure projects are completed within established budgets and deadlines
Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
Monitor and control project costs and resources
Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Participate in proposal development and client presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in land development design, both residential and commercial
Proficiency in technical skills such as stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and other site development related designs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
