Head of U.S Finance/ CFO


I am partnered with a leading global Pharmaceutical company who are strongly focused on building out the development and research of their strong Dermatology focused pipeline.


They are looking for someone with a strong financial background to head up the U.S division of the business, in the capacity of a country CFO to be responsible for developing the financial strategy, establishing financial analytics and investment management to help grow revenue and profits. Having full control for the US and exposed to a vast amount of other areas of the business, so plenty of learning opportunities, this includes trade and IT.


Must have

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years leadership within Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 15 plus years in financial management leading strategic planning, developing multiyear financial model and optimizing the organizational short, medium and long-term plans for multinational companies.


This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office located in Malvern, PA
