Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at The Ladders, you will take charge of the preparation and evaluation of financial statements, manage regulatory compliance reporting, and troubleshoot financial discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with clients, auditors, and internal teams to provide outstanding service and contribute to the enhancement of processes. This position demands a robust understanding of accounting standards and financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assess annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS standards
- Oversee regulatory submissions such as Form PF and Annex IV
- Engage with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders for year-end financial reporting
- Detect and rectify financial inaccuracies and propose corrective measures
- Work alongside team members to improve products and services
- Involve in process automation and various projects as required
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Services
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
